1. Introduction

At GOLDFORT OÜ (“Swiftcred”, “we”, “our”), we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for purchases made on swiftcred.eu.

Because we sell digital goods (Counter-Strike 2 skins) that are delivered instantly via the Steam platform, refunds are only available under specific conditions described below.

2. EU Consumer Rights

Under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights), consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days.

However, for digital content delivered immediately after purchase, this right is waived once:

  • You have given your explicit consent for immediate delivery; and

  • You have acknowledged that your right of withdrawal is lost once delivery begins.

In practice, this means most CS2 skin purchases are non-refundable once delivery has started — unless there is a technical problem or we fail to deliver the item.

3. When You Can Request a Refund

We will issue a refund in the following cases:

  • Item Not Delivered – You did not receive the purchased skin within the promised time frame due to an error on our side.

  • Technical Failure – A system or delivery error prevented successful completion of your order.

  • Duplicate Transaction – You were charged twice for the same purchase due to a technical error.

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • You provided the wrong Steam Trade URL or account details;

  • Your Steam account is trade-locked or unable to receive items;

  • You changed your mind after purchase;

  • The market value of the skin changed after purchase.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must:

  1. Contact us at info@swiftcred.eu within 14 days of your purchase.

  2. Include your order number, Steam ID, and detailed description of the issue.

  3. Provide any relevant screenshots or transaction proof.

We will review your request within 5 business days and inform you of the decision.

5. Refund Method

If approved, refunds will be issued:

  • To the original payment method used for the purchase;

  • Within 7 business days after approval.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating an unauthorized chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant anti-fraud databases. We encourage all customers to resolve disputes directly with our support team.
