Buying Skins
How do I buy a skin?
Simply log in with your Steam account, pick a skin you like, add it to cart, and complete checkout. You’ll need to provide your Steam Trade URL to receive the item.
Do I need to be logged in to buy?
Yes. We require Steam Login to verify your identity and ensure the correct delivery of your skin.
How fast will I get my skin?
Most skins are delivered instantly after payment. In rare cases, it may take a few minutes — but never hours.
Can I choose wear or float value?
Not yet. Each item comes as listed. We're working on adding float filters in the future.
What if the price changes while I’m checking out?
Prices are locked once you complete the payment. If a skin becomes unavailable before that, you'll need to select another one.
Steam & Trade URL
Why do I need to log in via Steam?
We use Steam Login to confirm that you’re the account owner. It also links your inventory and lets us send you skins safely.
Where do I find my Steam Trade URL?
You can find it in your Steam Inventory Settings under “Trade Offers.” We also show a guide during checkout.
What happens if my Trade URL is wrong?
If your Trade URL is invalid or outdated, delivery will fail. We’ll notify you and ask you to update it.
Can I use someone else’s Trade URL?
No. For security reasons, the account you log in with must match the Trade URL provided.
Payments & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards and other secure methods depending on your region.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, but only if there’s a technical issue or you received the wrong skin. You have 14 days to request a refund.
I changed my mind. Can I cancel?
We don’t support refunds for “change of mind.” Only technical errors or incorrect items are covered.
What if I didn’t receive my skin?
First, check that your Trade URL is correct and your inventory is open to trades. If it is and you still haven't received it, contact our support team.
Are there hidden fees?
No. The price you see is the final price — no surprise charges.

Is Swiftcred safe to use?
Yes! We use encrypted connections, secure Steam Login, and never store your personal info beyond what’s necessary for delivery.
Can I sell skins on Swiftcred?
No — Loadoutly is strictly for buying skins. Selling is not available.
Do you support CS:GO skins too?
We support CS2 skins only. Older CS:GO listings may not reflect current item models.
Can I buy from mobile?
Yes, our site is optimized for both desktop and mobile devices.

We operate globally, but our team is primarily based in Europe.
