REFUND POLICY

Please note that digital gift cards are instantly redeemable and therefore non-refundable.

Refunds are only available in cases of technical issues with our service and/or other problems for which we are responsible. According to Estonian law, users have the right to request a return within 14 days of the original transaction.

All refund requests must be made through the available contact options and will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase.
